A new commercial park is building on the site of ex AVEX complex in Patra’s, which will upgrade the city into a shopping center for the wider region by a Dutch real estate development company.
In addition to the large IKEA showroom that will be the main axis, four other chain stores will also be housed, two of which will come from the field of sportswear and organic cosmetics, and one store of a well-known supermarket chain.
It is estimated that in the middle of 2024 it will be ready to operate.
